Make this February count and take on our 28 Miles Challenge!
The Move it for Mental Health 28 Mile Challenge is a great way to fundraise and motivate yourself to get out and get active during one of the coldest months of the year.
You can walk, run, cycle, or skip – whichever suits you.
Set yourself a route, or just freestyle it! Registration is free and you have a fundraising target of £100. All of our fundraising heroes who reach their target will receive a Mental Health UK medal to wear with pride!
